• "Workspace" refers to a tenant account within Acctally associated with an organization.

2. Account Registration

To use Acctally, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must notify us immediately at support@acctally.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the Service

You may use Acctally to:

• Track income, expenses, and financial transactions
• Generate financial reports and dashboards
• Connect third-party integrations you authorize
• Import and manage financial data

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within Acctally. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

• You grant us permission to access data from that service on your behalf
• You can revoke access at any time from your integration settings

6. Financial Data Disclaimer

Acctally is a financial management tool. It is not a licensed accounting firm, tax advisor, or financial institution. The Service does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and compliance with applicable laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

8. Fees and Billing

Certain features of Acctally may require a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our website. By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for other reasons with notice, except in cases of fraud or abuse.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acctally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acctally and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Acctally operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
